Mark takes on a introspective journey through self-healing and self discovery.   Mark has a beautiful way with words and you’ll find yourself devouring his journey and yearning to start out on your own.   This book is full of pearls and nuggets of wisdom.  I’m glad I bought a kindle and paperback version of this book.   Because one it supports a wonderful author and dear friend and 2 it enabled me to mark up my kindle version keeping my paperback pristine for my collection.  Trust me I highlighted the crap out of this book.
