Sometimes we try to look at life through a side-view mirror
When what we really need is to look at it head on
Through the windshield
Looking at it through the side-view
We can see behind us and the paths we could have taken
Where we’ve been and where we could have been
But it breeds regrets
A life filled with regrets isn’t a life
Accept them and move on
I could have so many regrets
Failed relationships
Failed friendships bad planning
Bad decisions
But I don’t I accepted them and moved on
I rarely look back at thing from the side-view
I always look either directly ahead
Or directly behind
With fondness at memories
At the best and the worst of times
That have helped shape me
And make me
I choose to live my life with no regrets
Do you?
