Oh Death
The great equalizer
The primal end of all both great and low
Oh Death
Where is your sting
For those washed in the blood
We mourn the death of the body and the
Short loss of their presence
But we stand unashamed
Basking in the glow of the promises of God
Though our body be wracked with tears
We stand upon his promises
We know of a reunion in Heavens embrace
In the arms of an everlasting Father
Who will wipe away our every tear
Oh Death where is your sting
Your eternal cold embrace
Was broken by the blood of THE LAMB
Oh death
You are our final friend in our final moments
Ushering us from pain and suffering
Into the arms of God
For me you have no sting
For in you we rejoice
That we can finally be reunited with God
