Good Plans
Praise God from whom all blessings flow
Praise him all creatures here below
The Lord is our shepherd
He leaves the 99 behind to find the 1
Lost sheep
He fights off the lions
And the wolves
He has good plans
For me
And for you
So, take heart in deserts and gardens
If I know my father
He has good plans
And I know my father indeed
He is our Savior
So, we should not doubt our victory
Over these trials and tribulations
For he has triumphed over even death
He has good plans
I am evident of this
Where I planned to end my life
He had plans for me
Plans for a hope and a future where I was happy
And not free of depression
But where I had the tools to battle it
Where I could lead others out of that same darkness that I struggled with
I look back on my life and see the fruition
Of those plans
So, take heart when you go through
The hard times in life
Even when you can’t see the
Good plans
They are there being worked on
They are being brought into fruition
And you’ll dance in the shadow of
The father
Safe and warm
He longs to wrap you up in his arms
And surround you in his peace
So, take heart
He has good plans for you
This life is a momentary thing
A blip on the horizon
A flash in the pan of eternity
Just a momentary stop in our
Eternity with him
